[Neil McLaughlin] As a Broker with thirty-five years of local knowledge and experience, he has an un-matched understanding of commercial real estate needs. Neil purchased his first multi-family investment property at the age of 19, and received his Brokers license in 1991. Neil is one of the most experienced Brokers in the Greater Miami Valley Area, and has a reputation for service and integrity that is unequaled in the industry! His experience with distressed properties has benefited both owners and lenders as they navigate the complex financial and management procedures required to stabilize and or dispose of the properties. Prior to merging Neil owned and Brokered his firm for 20 years. In 2005 his firm was ranked the 4th largest and most recently it was ranked #1 commercial real estate investment firm in 2010 & #2 in 2011.

Linda Kreider

Linda has been licensed in real estate for over 35 years. She began her career as a residential agent who specialized in working with the military, becoming one of the top agents in her brokerage. Her degree in Architectural Engineering and work on several commercial construction projects gives her the expertise not found in most commercial agents. She is very active and believes in the revitalization of Downtown Dayton. Her love of architecture combines with the current trend to re-purpose and renew the great structures of yesterday. Linda is aware of the time constraints of a company or individual and will do what it takes to meet those needs.

Richard Tebbe

Rick has been licensed in real estate since 2005 and has a great understanding of the Downtown Dayton Commercial market. He has been a leader in sales throughout his life and looks at every situation(and property) always looking at creative ways to achieve the impossible. His relationships with lenders and investors create an environment conducive of lower risk to capital. He understands the Strategic reuse of commercial properties and the use of Historic Tax Credits for the highest and best use.

Property Management Team

Graduate of Wright State University with a BS in Biology, Mr. Singh has over 10 years of property management experience. Working with his father and family and then starting up his own management company, gaining invaluable experience in the Dayton and surrounding markets. Having gained the trust of property owners and residents, Mr. Singh has been able to help increase the value of managed properties while providing an enjoyable and safe residential experience. Outside of the office, Mr. Singh enjoys the arts; painting, drawing, theatre. Also an avid golfer and sports fan, he can either be found on the golf course or coaching one of his son or daughter’s soccer teams.
